BTC-MPP Mechanical Push/Pull

Overview

This BHS Mechanical Push/Pull Battery Transfer Carriage is available in three models. Each model has a 3000 lb. capacity. A hand wheel assures positive control to drive the push/pull extractor arm. Raising and lowering is accomplished with a center-mounted hydraulic hand jack. Lift range is from 5.5" to 23.5".

Push-Arm Extension (BTC-PA)

Low cost solution for extending extractor arm an additional 4" past the standard 6" extension

7" Cantilever & 6" Extension Bed (BTC-CAN-7-6)

7" additional extractor arm reach. 6" bed extension accommodates longer batteries.

14" additional extractor arm reach is ideal for use with outriggers. 6" bed extension accommodates longer batteries.

Track Mount (BTC-TM)

Provides dedicated location for battery change-out
Note: Single guidance flat track (SGT-F) is commonly used for the BTC-TM

Single Guided Track Flat (SGT-F)

Single guidance flat track used in conjunction with track mount option (BTC-TM)

Rubber Bumper (BTC-RB)

Protects lift truck during battery change outs

Extra Capacity (BTC-EC)

Increases capacity to 3400 lbs
